Thrive Together!
This ongoing eating disorder recovery group (Chicago and Virtual) offers a welcoming space for women and gender-expansive folks healing their relationships with food, body, and self. Together, we will:
- Talk openly about food, movement, clothing, and relationships — and how they connect to body image and self-esteem
- Find motivation, accountability, and encouragement through shared support
- Learn tools for managing distress, regulating emotions, and strengthening coping skills
- Practice self-compassion and nurture a more positive, accepting relationship with your body
- Build meaningful connections with others who truly understand your journey
This group is open to all body sizes and is run from a HAES-Aligned, size-inclusive framework.

In Person Section: Thursdays 5:30-7pm; Chicago Loop office
Virtual Section: Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm; Illinois Residents Only
In-Network with BCBS/ $50 per session for out of network

Kimmy Morrison: Virtual Section
Kimmy Morrison, LCPC (she/her/hers) provides Telehealth psychotherapy for adults in Illinois with eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, OCD, trauma, and general mental health concerns. Working from a Health at Every Size® (HAES) , intersectional feminist framework, she integrated mindfulness, intuitive eating, and self-care into her work with clients. Kimmy identifies as an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and enjoys helping members of the community through their journeys of self-discovery and body image healing. She is an avid Anti-Diet advocate and loves helping folx in diverse bodies claim their liberation from diet culture.

Grace Moloney: Chicago Loop section
Grace Moloney (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and eating disorder therapist at Birch Tree Psychotherapy in Chicago. Grounded in a Health at Every Size® (HAES) and strengths-based approach, Grace helps clients build a more peaceful relationship with food, body, and self. She works with individuals navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, low self-esteem, trauma, OCD, and anxiety. Grace is especially passionate about helping young women and gender-expansive folks untangle the pressures of social media, diet culture, and wellness trends to reconnect with their bodies on their own terms.
