Current Clinical Interests
Grace provides nutrition counseling and education to youth and adults with eating disorders, disordered eating/chronic dieting, and nutrition-related health concerns. Additionally, she provides inclusive care for vegans and believes in helping clients in their recovery while honoring their values. Her approach is rooted in anti-diet and weight-inclusive principles, guiding clients to heal their relationships with food and their bodies through Intuitive Eating. She employs evidence-based practices, drawing on the All-Foods Fit philosophy and Health at Every Size® principles. This framework enables clients to recognize and address patterns and limiting beliefs that may hinder their ability to live fully and authentically.
As a believer in body autonomy and with a respect for all bodies and individual experiences, Grace enjoys having a career that allows her to live her values. She works to help clients discover the confidence and knowledge needed to nourish their bodies and pursue recovery with self-compassion.
