Looking for support with your transition to parenthood?
It’s true what they say—it takes a village to raise a child. But when you’re in the thick of transitioning into parenthood, it can feel like the village is nowhere to be found. Becoming a parent is a life-changing experience filled with joy, love, and precious moments. Yet, it also comes with its share of challenges that no one warns you about—feelings of isolation, overwhelming mood swings, grief, identity changes, and a whirlwind of emotions that can leave you feeling unprepared.
That’s why we’re here. We’ve created a welcoming, inclusive space where new parents—both birthing and non-birthing, of all genders—can come together to share, support, and navigate this incredible journey as a community. Our open process group offers a safe place to connect, listen, and grow, surrounded by others who truly understand what you’re going through.
Here are just a few of the topics we’ll explore together:
- Healing and recovering from birth trauma
- Overcoming guilt and the pressures of perfectionism
- Balancing parenthood and career when returning to work
- Tackling parenting anxiety and nurturing confidence
- Navigating the ups and downs of infant care
- Building and leaning on your support network
- Prioritizing self-care and well-being amidst the chaos
You’re not alone in this journey. Join us as we create a modern-day village—one where we lift each other up and celebrate the messy, beautiful path of becoming a parent. Together, we can turn this challenging transition into one filled with connection, understanding, and growth.
