Current Clinical Interests
Grace provides nutrition counseling for youth and adults with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and nutrition-related health concerns at our Chicago Loop office and virtually. As an eating disorder dietitian in Chicago, she offers inclusive, affirming care for individuals at all stages of recovery. She also works with vegan clients and supports them in honoring their personal values while healing their relationship with food.
Her approach is rooted in anti-diet, weight-inclusive care. Grace uses Intuitive Eating, the All-Foods-Fit philosophy, and Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles to guide her work. She relies on evidence-based practices to help clients normalize eating patterns, challenge food rules, and rebuild trust with their bodies. Together, she and her clients identify unhelpful beliefs and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck.
Grace believes strongly in body autonomy and respects the lived experience of every individual. She helps clients build the confidence and skills needed to nourish themselves with compassion and flexibility.
In addition to one-on-one nutrition counseling, Grace runs a Yoga for Body Image workshop in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago and online. This workshop blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and body image healing work to help participants reconnect with their bodies in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
Through both nutrition therapy and yoga-based offerings, Grace supports clients in Chicago and virtually as they move toward recovery and a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.
