Public Transit
Located in downtown Chicago, our counseling office is easily accessible by train or bus (CTA Buses: 134, 136, 146, 147, 151). We are located near the State and Lake(pink, green, orange, and purple lines) and Lake (red line) CTA EL Stops. Commuting from the suburbs? For Metra riders, we are a short walk from Millennium Station and a 1.2 mile walk or cab ride from Union Station.
Safety and Security
The 333 N. Michigan Building is staffed by 24-hour live security. All visitors are required to give a code to the door attendant in order to access the building. Your access code will be provided to you in your appointment reminder e-mail.
Inclusivity
All of our offices are designed with inclusivity in mind. The loop therapy office has ADA accessible restrooms and access to an all-gender restroom. All furniture is sturdy and designed to be comfortable for people of all body sizes. We have a range of seating options to accomodate various orthopedic needs. Lighting can be adjusted in all treatment spaces to your preferences. We are more than happy to provide snacks, a fresh glass of water, or cup of tea and coffee on request.
