Group therapy for Eating Disorders
…and other concerns.
Community is an integral part of mental health treatment. We believe in creating a supportive recovery community through group therapy for eating disorders and other issues. It’s refreshing to know you are not alone and have others with whom to sort through treatment challenges and build community. At Birch Tree Psychotherapy, we offer therapy groups on a rotating schedule, based on client demand. Offerings include both process groups and psychoeducational group therapy. We host groups online and in our Chicago Loop and Northwest Suburban locations. Groups are limited in size. Please fill out our Group Therapy Inquiry form if you are interested in enrolling in a future group.
